What we store
- Account: email, display name, and password (stored only as an irreversible bcrypt hash); with Google or Apple sign-in, your account ID with that service and your email. Your avatar: a standard one, or a photo if you uploaded one.
- Coins: your balance and a ledger of all credits and debits.
- Matches: opponents, settings, result, every dice roll, and the time spent on each move.
- IP addresses used for logins and matches, and the browser used to log in — to protect accounts from hacking and the game from multi-accounting.
We don’t ask for your phone number, real name or payment details. Your email is used only for signing in and resetting your password; we send no newsletters.
Cookies and browser storage
- One login cookie (
nardy_sid) — used only to keep you signed in. - Browser storage (localStorage) holds game settings, a guest token for returning to a match, and data for verifying that the dice are fair.
- The site has no advertising or analytics cookies, counters or third-party trackers.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell or share your data with anyone. The site runs through Cloudflare (protection and content delivery): your IP address and technical request data pass through its network. Your opponent sees only your display name, avatar and rating — never your email or IP address.
How long we keep it
- You stay logged in for 30 days after your last visit; after that, the session ends.
- Your account, coin ledger and match history are kept for as long as the account exists.
- You can ask the administration to delete your account and related data (contact below).
